Fábrica de cera, natural y esteárica y jabón, ubicada en el pasaje de Luciano Martínez. Obtuvo la Medalla de Plata en la Exposición Universal de Londres de 1862 y Medalla de Plata en la Exposición Agrícola e Industrial de Málaga del mismo año.
Benito Sáenz fue un importante industrial en la Málaga del XIX, sumando a su fábrica de cera y jabón, otra de ácido sulfúrico establecida en calle Nueva. Fue Regidor de la ciudad de Málaga y ocupó diversos cargos en comisiones municipales.
